Dr. Lubna Nafees is a thought leader in digital marketing, artificial intelligence, and sustainable consumption with more than two decades of cross-cultural academic and professional experience. A widely published scholar, her work appears in leading journals such as the Journal of Business Research, Psychology & Marketing, Journal of Macromarketing, Food Quality and Preference, and Journal of the Association for Consumer Research, and she has presented at premier conferences including the Academy of Marketing Science, AMA, ACR, and INFORMS Marketing Science.
Her research and teaching excellence have earned numerous accolades, including the John W. Guffey, Jr. Professorship (2024–2026), the Dean’s Club Research Prize (2021, 2025), Best Paper Awards, and two Ivey Publishing BestSeller Awards. She has also been repeatedly honored as the “Most Memorable Professor” by students and the American Marketing Association.
Through her pioneering work on AI in marketing, social networks, and global consumer behavior, Dr. Nafees continues to shape the future of marketing education and practice worldwide.
